Life in Computing & Software

Description

Life in Computing & Software (LICS) is a student run organization whose goal is to promote a sense of community in the Computing and Software (CAS) department for old and new graduate students alike. Visitors to our corner of the university are always welcome!

We host events to encourage students from other labs in the CAS department to share their research and exchange perspectives on a wide variety of topics in a fun and engaging environment. In-person events include coffee houses, board game nights, movie nights, and more.

This year with COVID-19, we will be moving out events online to continue to build those feelings of community and inclusiveness. We look forward to a safe, productive, and fun year with everyone!
