βTop consulting firms are increasingly becoming aware of the value and expertise graduate students can bring to their organizations 1, 2, 3. For graduate students, non-traditional career paths are becoming increasingly common with 20% of new consulting hires holding advanced degrees.β
The Graduate Management Consulting Association (GMCA) is a graduate student-led initiative with the purpose of introducing and empowering graduate students to pursue management consulting as a potential career path. For more information, check the GMCA national website.

The GMCA holds multiple events to teach students about consulting and help them to network:

- December: Networking Social at the Phoenix
- January: Consulting Carousel
- February/March: Mini-MBA lecture series
- April: Case Competition
