Start a New Club
Have an idea for a new graduate student club? The GSA encourages students to form new clubs to meet unique needs and interests. Follow these steps to get started:
Prepare Your Documents:
Registration Form: Include the club’s name, category, and contact details. List at least 4 executives and 10 members.
Cover Letter: Explain your club's goals, uniqueness, and contributions to the graduate student community.
Budget Plan: Outline the events and programming your club intends to organize.
Club Constitution: Use the provided template to define your club’s governance and operational rules.

You may be invited to an interview to discuss and clarify your application.Ratification:
Once approved, your club will be ratified by the GSA Clubs Committee.
