Q1: What am I covered for?

A: Under the Health and Dental plan, you have access to coverage for prescription drugs and vaccinations, paramedical practitioners, vision benefits, dental and travel! Find out more details here (Coming Soon).

Q2: How can I submit/view my claims?

A: Submit/view your claims through the Drawbridge Student Health Portal available on the App Store and on Google Play. You may have to create an account with your member ID. If you are unsure how, follow these steps (Coming Soon).

Q3:Who will be charged for coverage?

A: Full-time and part-time graduate students, including international students, students away on exchange, and MBA students are charged for both the Health and Dental plan. Find more details on your student health portal (Coming Soon).

Q4: What if I have opted out of the Health and/or Dental plan?

A: If you have opted out of either/both plans during your respective Change-of-Coverage period, you will receive your refund directly to your student account.

Q5: I am a CUPE Unit 1 (TA/RA) student, what is my health and dental insurance through the GSA?

A: If you are a CUPE Unit 1 student, you will be automatically opted out of the GSA Dental plan and will receive your reimbursement directly to your student account. But you will still have health insurance through the GSA. Please find your health insurance information here: and your CUPE dental insurance here (Coming Soon).

Q6: I am a Divinity student, what plan am I enrolled in?

A: If you are a Divinity student, you are only enrolled in the GSA Health Plan. This means that you are not automatically enrolled in the GSA's Dental plan, but you have the option to enroll in it.
