The McMaster Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) Initiative is an integrated network of academics and professionals in science, engineering, and related fields whose mission is to support, celebrate, and advocate for female-identified and other equity-seeking groups in science and engineering at McMaster University and the surrounding community.
